Local historian Jim McAllister revisits Salem’s original municipal master plan (1912), a visionary document crafted with the guidance of early American planner Harlan Kelsey
and implemented in part thanks to the Salem Fire.
Lectures will be held in the lower level Library in the Historic Hawthorne Hotel on Salem Common. Admission is $15. Reservations are suggested (email@example.com or 978.979.5907) to guarantee seating.
