All inquiries into lost items are handled by the Executive Housekeeper. If the Executive Housekeeper is unavailable, you will receive an Out of Office reply detailing when you can expect a response. Housekeeping hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 7:30am-3pm and Sunday 8am-3:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE
Items that have been stored by the hotel for over 30 days (90 days for item of obvious high value such as jewelry and certain electronics) will be donated or disposed of if they have not been claimed. While we are not responsible for item(s) left behind, we will always do our best to make sure the item(s) are reunited with their owner.
