Nathaniel’s Restaurant: Dine in Historic Style at the Hawthorne Hotel

Nathaniel’s Restaurant at the Hawthorne Hotel offers a perfect start and end to any day. The morning hours are bright with the wall of windows, the plates are creative and include the well-known Seafood Benedict served over a delicious golden crab cake. On Sundays, the Jazz Brunch offers an upbeat environment and a three-course prix fixe menu, allowing friends and families to enjoy even more! In the evening, Nathaniel’s transforms into a lounge-like atmosphere, with candles, live piano and acoustic entertainment or ambient music playing from our brass gramophone. Sit beside the baby grand piano,  beneath Nathaniel Hawthorne’s portrait, or in front of the historical culinary tribute cabinet and you will find there is a reason our guests have loved Nathaniel’s Restaurant for decades.

Nathaniel’s Restaurant is currently open for breakfast and available for socially-distanced seating during lunch and dinner when The Tavern is full.

Please note, we are not serving Sunday Jazz Brunch and there is no live entertainment this fall.
